How to start your pre-career journey?
The aim of MyGurukul - placement & training program is to bring back the age old Indian schooling traditions for the GenY learners as per the industrial needs through NEP, apprenticeship and hands on training. Once, the candidate enters the MyGurukul platform he/she/them needs to go through the screening test, followed by evaluation and personal interviews. Pre-placement offer (PPO) is signed, and the paid traineeship program begins. During the whole process, each candidate is guided by our mentors, who are industry experts, to support them throughout and beyond their pre-career experience.

Screening
Once you enroll with the MyGurukul platform, you need to start your journey with the MCQ Test, which aims to judge your technical knowledge and evaluate your proficiency in the plethora of skills that we consider. The tests are based on different job roles that our partner companies are hiring for through us. Passing this threshold enables you to move on to the next step!

Evaluation
The evaluation happens through multiple interviews, which are designed to identify the gaps in your skillset while evaluating the depth and breadth of your understanding. Candidates who lack practical knowledge or experience are provided with coding training. They are motivated towards learning and having a level of interest. This process helps us identify what you can bring to the system and how MyGurukul can help you.

Placement
Candidates after clearing the interviews are enrolled in our placement program. Here, you will be placed in our partner companies on the basis of matching their expectations and suiting their skillsets. On The Job Training
On-the-job training starts as soon as you complete the onboarding process with our partner company.While you start working with the company and role of your choice, you will be under the able guidance of your personal mentors, to guide and support you throughout your journey. All this while, you get paid from Day 1 of your joining at the company and you become a perfect fit for the role to carry forward.

1. What do you mean by MyGurukul?
MyGurukul is a virtual parallel university for senior college students and fresh graduates. It is where we invite highly selective folks, place them with our partner employers and upskill & train them on the role. Hence, creating a Gurukul-like ecosystem, filled with Knowledge from Industry Gurus and peer learning with fellow disciples, interestingly when you are already working with our partner companies.
2. Will there be a hidden cost involved?
No, there is no cost involved, instead you will get stipend from Day 1.
3. Will I get placement preparation assistance?
Yes, we will assist you with building your resume and mock interviews.
4. Would I be able to apply to other jobs as well?
Yes, you can, until you sign the Joining letter from your employer, through MyWays.
5. Who can apply?
Final year students, if they get NOC from their college and Fresh Graduates.
