Job Description

Technical Skills : •The candidate should have strong development experience utilizing Java and J2EE and should be well versed in the fundamentals of the Java programming language and the J2EE specification in multiple environments. •Should have good working knowledge of Servlets, JSP and MVC frameworks and have experience with their implementation in a production environments. •Experience with web services, Struts Framework, experience are preferable along with a familiarity with common developer tools such as Ant, version control system, etc •We prefer knowledge and experience using IBM products such as WebSphere Application Server, and/or DB2 and Oracle. •In addition, knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java script are also valuable skills. •Understanding the importance of documentation and knowledge of unit and integration testing at the coding level is also important •Good knowledge in writing SQL complex queries. •Good debugging skills. •Deployment of Java Applications on WAS or Tomcat application servers. Soft Skills : •Should be able to work Independently. •The candidate should be able to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences, including but not limited to team members, management, supervisors, and clients regarding design and issues. •The strong problem solving skills and possess the ability to multi-task and thrive in flexible and changing environments. •Willing to learn new Technologies. •Co-ordination with internal and functional team for understanding of requirement. •Strong follow-ups on execution of Projects, and deliver it on Time.
